We provide women in Malawi with choice, not chance, when it comes to having children.
Banja la Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) opened in 1987 and we are a senior member of Marie Stopes International.
Since our founding in 1987, we have established ourselves as a market leader in the delivery of quality family planning and reproductive healthcare products and services and HIV/AIDS information and interventions.
Our overriding goal is to address maternal mortality and rapid population growth by ensuring that women and young people, mostly underserved and from hard-to-reach areas, have access to information and service options in family planning and HIV/AIDS.
To see a Malawi where sexual and reproductive health choices and well-being are attainable by all.
To employ private sector excellence to achieve better sexual and reproductive health and rights and address HIV and AIDS – especially amongst people who are poor, vulnerable, and hard to reach.
